Initial visit. More than competent and friendly staff. Top notch dental hygenist. Dental plan of action established and future appointments confirmed. BCBS dental plan is in network, that's a +. Looking forward to working with DMD Michelle Siegelwax who is new to the firm. 5 stars!
Appointment was thorough and informative the staff is very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised at how all the information was given about everything being done and needing to be done.
Major extraction of all upper teeth for new denture. Dr Rinaldi was amazing. His knowledge and experience gave me full confidence in him performing this procedure. He is extremely sensitive to the patients feelings and takes all precautions to assure that the entire procedure is as minimally invasive as possible. I had essentially no pain through the entire procedure and still no pain 24 hours after nerve blocker has warn off. I am actually looking forward to getting the lower teeth done soon. No worries!
