Dr. Balani is the most gentle and kind dentist I have ever had. He explained everything in detail with so much patience. He is a brilliant dentist who is meticulous and precise. Beverly is his assistant and she is exceptional, compassionate and comforting. She will do whatever she needs to do to make you feel comfortable..They are a spectacular team! Robin and Anita are the lovely ladies you will see when you walk in. They are upbeat, so helpful, and couldn't be any sweeter. The whole staff makes you feel so special! Being their patient has been one of the most wonderful experiences I have ever had.
I was there today for a cleaning. My hygienist was funny, warm, and so professional. Both she and the doctor discussed my health, suggested things to speak with my PCP to improve my health and get better results from my brushing.

All of the staff at Sapphire Family Smiles are friendly, professional and knowledgeable in the services they provide. The hygienists do a wonderful job when cleaning your teeth, and to address any concerns such as sensitivity etc. I would highly recommend their practice to anyone.
