For a first time home buyer, Josh Supik completed excellent work for me. His inspection report was very detailed and thorough. I recommend anyone who’s looking for an inspection to get in contact with Josh Supik. The price was worth all the information he provided, and put his own recommendations out there too! After the I read through the inspection report, I reached out for recommendations. Josh helped me out, and put his own options out there.
Josh was very thorough in performing our home inspection. My husband was present at the time and was informed in great detail of issues or concerns. Thank you Josh for your kindness and attention to detail for the purchase of our new home.
Josh did a very thorough inspection. He walked me through the whole home, showed me all areas of concern, gave me information on how issues could be fixed, what was a serious concern and those items that were more cosmetic in nature. He answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel as if what I was asking was ridiculous. His report was complete, with pictures. He highlighted issues of concern in the report. He was on time for the inspection, professional and courteous. I would definitely have Josh do another inspection for me without any hesitation.
