I called Jerry and from the moment I first talked to him, I knew he was the guy to hire. He is very knowledgeable not only where inspections were concerned, but due to his past as a contractor he also answered whatever questions we had about possible repairs and future improvements. His knowledge was beyond compare, and I’d recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection. If it were possible I’d give him a 10 star rating!!!

We had a really great experience with Jerry. He was prompt in responsiveness and scheduling, very explanatory during the inspection itself and returned the report within a few hours. During the inspection, he was very personable and explained everything thoroughly. He answered every question we had and made us feel comfortable as first time home buyers. The report is incredibly clear with photos, videos and comments. We would definitely recommend Jerry and his company to anyone needing his services!
