Josh was very accommodating and considerate with his schedule and I was able to book an inspection very quickly for my commercial property.I was impressed with his thorough report, especially the areas in the report regarding the roof. Lots of photos and handwritten details were present in the inspection report which is going to help me make great decisions regarding the property.Overall, Josh was very detailed in his report. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone that is looking to purchase a residential or even a commercial property.5 out 5 stars. Thumbs up all the way!

Absolutely loved working with Josh! He was extremely helpful with answering all of the questions we had and explaining everything he was observing. Very attentive to all the little details that we missed in our observations of the house. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! We will definitely be going back to him in the future!

Josh was recommended to me by a friend, as a first time home buyer I had absolutely no idea what to expect. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and was also able to explain it to me in a way I could understand. If I ever have to do this again, I’ll be calling josh!
