The teachers are tremendously creative. They welcome you as you are and take you where you have not yet been.
Every instructor is excellent at Shala. I have taken yoga classes throughout the country for the last 15 years. Yoga Shala classes are my favorite. Each teacher has their own unique style, is knowledgeable and professional. I walk out of each class feeling I have worked my body and my mind.
I've always had class cards all over town and went to one specific teachers class at each studio who I found I resonated with and valued enough to have a class card just for their particular classes. First time ever that I've found the jackpot in literally every teacher I've ever tried at Shala. Each with their own voice and style and informed perspective. The owner is refreshingly not self centered and her commitment to cultivating a safe space for all to step into their unique practice is truly unlike any other studio I've practiced at in over 20 years of practicing.
