These massages also helped prepare my body for labor and delivery. Her Hypnobirthing classes were so informative. You will learn so much about breath work, relaxation, positioning and more. Everything I was taught in these classes made me feel confident and calm going into labor of my first baby. Now, postpartum I am still seeing Jessica for postpartum massages which are helping with my posture from carrying and breastfeeding my baby. “I was in a pretty nasty car wreck in Philadelphia on March 2nd 2024... I was the passenger and we were t-boned. Thank God we all were ok in the sense that we could have gotten really badly hurt. I ended up with some nasty whiplash. The pain was, and I stress WAS, horrible! I, under doctor's orders, was told to come to specialty physical therapy. And I really want to say that I hated the thought of it because I had some bad experiences with therapy elsewhere. But, of course I wasn't in a place to say no way. When I got to therapy on my first day, I was treated like a person with health issues and not just a number. Doctor Kim and the others were so attentive and kind. Her, Mark and Michelle all took they're time with me and REALLY worked on my issues and NOT what they felt like! I'm currently now living some normalcy and not "screaming" in such pain like I was before coming here! They KNOW what they are doing and they do it well! “I saw Dr Tiff weekly for prenatal adjustments leading up to delivery. I had been referred due to hip issues and she worked to straighten them out a bit and open space for my little guy. Not only did I see improvements in daily life leading up to delivery (less back pain), but my delivery was significantly shorter than it was with my daughter 2 years prior.“

“Walked in on a late rainy afternoon after realizing the hotel up the block we are staying at has a barebones gym. We walked in and asked the front desk attendant if we could work out being non-residents and he gave us the go-ahead. The space is efficient and full of a variety of equipment found at most gyms. We were encouraged to take advantage of the grounds and stay till closing which is what we did. He was gracious and extremely professional. Glad we found this gem in Wilkes Barre. Wish I had brought my clubs to enjoy the golf simulator.“

The place is nice and private. The girls are very nice. You go through 2 doors before you even get to the door to your room. The only complaint I have is some of the massage room doors don't have door knobs so they can open up while you're getting a massage. Also you can sometimes hear other people through the walls, could be funny or could turn you away from the place. The price is a bit steeper but you get what you pay for.“

“I just wanted a me day yesterday and I got it. My 4lb dog and I went to get my hair dyed, he was a Star as usual, then came home and I said no I need more. So I called the woodhouse because I've been there many times in my youth and remembered it as smelling like a good time. It really was. I just had a massage and it hurt. It really hurt but that's when you know it works. Aleah was so professional when I made gross sounds (not controllable and I did apologize) the place is beautiful and today my back feels like it belongs to a child. It was expensive (to what I thought, I thought an hr massage would be $100 but again I'm old and my mind is stuck in 2009) but u get what you pay for and they really deliver on that.
