Mountain Top's Wellness

I’ve had many outstanding experiences at Mountain Top Wellness. Jennifer truly takes the time to understand what’s causing your tension and pain instead of just treating the symptoms. She asks thoughtful questions and provides practical suggestions to help between visits, from improving workplace ergonomics and posture to incorporating simple stretching habits into your daily routine.
