Alice is a great new addition to your staff.It would be nice if you let your patients know when the hygienist they will be seeing has changed. Second time this happened to me. Don't like this kind of surprise. A little info up front would be appreciated.

Designer Pool Company was top notch in customer service and quality. Choosing Jamie and Michelle as our contractors was the best decision we made for our pool installation. We met with Jamie at the end of May in 2023 and then researched other companies while vetting Designer Pool. We didn't end up signing and settling on the decision to put a pool in until mid summer. Our pool was installed at the beginning of September and it was done in 4 DAYS!!! YES 4 DAYS! They started on Monday and my family was swimming on Thursday afternoon! It was the most painless and stress free contracting job we ever had. And it's also important to mention that I had sinus surgery the Monday morning that they started my pool! Designer Pool Co does everything from the electrical to the stamped concrete to showing you how to take care of your pool when all is said and done. You have the same 3 guys on your job the entire time. Each person you encounter during your pool installation is super knowledgeable on fiberglass pools and the system that you are purchasing. Michelle in the office is wonderful and you are encouraged to always reach out with any questions going forward in the future. Exceptional customer service! We absolutely love our pool and can't wait to have an entire season with it!
Great people. Wally came and get me out of a ditch when TRIPPLE A TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT COME BECAUSE THEY HAD NO DRIVERS IN POCONO SUMMIT. WHAT A JOKE TRIPPLE A IS. NEVER WILL JOIN THEM AGAIN. BUT RLE TOWING WAS THERE FOR ME. THANK GOD. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN. THANKS AGAIN WALLY.

I’ve been going here for over 30 years, besides life or death emergencies all my animals saw Dr. Ferret. After Doc sold the practice I figured it would become your typical vet office that exists everywhere now—insane pricing, unnecessary tests, just beyond affordable for most people.I cannot say enough great things about the new docs and team. They are absolutely incredible and they are the perfect vets. They understand their patients and their owners and are practical and thorough. Truly unheard of nowadays. They are everything good in the same ways why our community loves Dr Ferret. I’ve seen Dr Ramirez and today I saw Dr Horn. She’s incredible. Really really god and if you like Dr Ferret’s bedside manner you will not be disappointed. Refreshing
Every time I have needed these guys they have never let me down. Nick will go out of his way to make sure I am back on the road. Brian in the office is awesome, literally put me ahead of everything on Monday and put two mechanics on my truck to get me back on the road.
