Designer Pool Company was top notch in customer service and quality. Choosing Jamie and Michelle as our contractors was the best decision we made for our pool installation. We met with Jamie at the end of May in 2023 and then researched other companies while vetting Designer Pool. We didn't end up signing and settling on the decision to put a pool in until mid summer. Our pool was installed at the beginning of September and it was done in 4 DAYS!!! YES 4 DAYS! They started on Monday and my family was swimming on Thursday afternoon! We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Designer Pool Co! With just THREE guys, they dug & installed our pool and added the stamped concrete surround in just 6 days! They also colored the concrete to match our existing patio. They did an amazing job and were very accommodating. WOW! We met with Jamie in November of 22, we signed our contract with a start date of mid July of 23. He called me the last week of June and asked if he could get started July 5th. We were swimming on July 13th! Jamie Alex and Steve were here each day from start to finish and we never waited for progress, it was one step after another smooth and seamless. They were a skillful, quite and respectful team. Jamie and Michelle could not have made this project any easier, from permits to final inspection they did an awesome job. If you’re looking to have a pool installed this is the company you want!
