I had the keratin treatment done and Kelly not only walked me through the whole process, but recommended certain product and explained why, but extended such great hospitality by offering a refreshing drink as soon as I walked in. The salon had a wonderful “at home” feel. I absolutely love the end result of my hair and highly recommend if you’re looking for a great stylist!“

“I did my first ever head spa experience with Kayla after seeing a million tik toks about head spa treatments. It exceeded my expectations. My scalp has never felt this clean and my hair has never been this soft. I have a lot of thick, coarse, curly hair. I struggle with frequent and excessive build up on the crown, and flakiness at the front of my scalp. My ends are usually dry as well. After this treatment, my scalp feels so perfectly balanced and my hair feels hydrated without being greasy. Definitely recommend this if you’re wanting a reset for your hair and scalp, or if you’re just looking for a way to relax.“

The girls at the front desk were friendly and offered to take my things and get me a drink to settle in. Grace was the stylist I chose, and she was immediately welcoming and friendly. She listened to everything that I had done to my hair as well as my goals and she helped me figure out what we were going to do and how we would achieve the goal overtime. My hair isn’t the easiest to color but I’ve brought her many inspo pics that she has managed to recreate perfectly for me. My haircuts and my husbands are always on point. The shop itself is a whole vibe and everyone that works there is friendly. We moved 2 hrs away and still make the drive up to Machele (trust me it’s worth it!)“
