I had the keratin treatment done and Kelly not only walked me through the whole process, but recommended certain product and explained why, but extended such great hospitality by offering a refreshing drink as soon as I walked in. “I did my first ever head spa experience with Kayla after seeing a million tik toks about head spa treatments. It exceeded my expectations. My scalp has never felt this clean and my hair has never been this soft. I have a lot of thick, coarse, curly hair. I struggle with frequent and excessive build up on the crown, and flakiness at the front of my scalp. My ends are usually dry as well. After this treatment, my scalp feels so perfectly balanced and my hair feels hydrated without being greasy. Definitely recommend this if you’re wanting a reset for your hair and scalp, or if you’re just looking for a way to relax.“

I also love the fact that they are always soliciting customer opinions on what we want and we need. The salon offers complete beautification services (what a brilliant idea to have expert but independent providers for Botox, brows, etc, right in the building!), in a classy but very comfortable and friendly environment. I love the vibe of the place - which is, btw, an architecturally historic Wayne building. Unique excellence locally!“

“I went for a full body massage, and it was wonderful, very soothing, and just what I needed. As a relates to the business itself. It's a very neatly organized space nicely decorated but not overly done. There are products displayed in the front, but not overtaking the opening of the store and pushing products in your face. One of the most important things is, the staff was very friendly and engaging, but not in an imposing way. Before your appointment if you arrive early, there is tea, coffee, and small pastries. Would I return? Absolutely I'm looking to have monthly massages“
