When I heard that there was heavy rain forecasted for a couple of days, I knew that I needed to call someone to fix it right away. “Bought an old house, needed a fair amount of renovation. First job, porch roof sagging. Second, leaking roof. This was my approach to selecting a contractor. Online reviews, asking friends, driving around and counting contractor lawn signs; you would be surprised how many there are when you start looking for them!! MAK was the clear winner!I called MAK, and had an immediate response from Marcin. Quoted the jobs right away and the price was really good. Once I said OK, it was game on! I came home from work and the porch was half done!! Then it was all done! The roof obviously needed some good weather to replace. Marcin always communicated on status and schedule. If I had a question, always a fast response!!
