Absolutely terrible and shady business! My friend has been calling for days to get service for a broken furnace that is UNDER warranty. They have been avoiding his calls for several days, passing his call off to the machine or helping the manager avoid talking to him. When he had strong choice words for them after many days of frustration, they acted all high and mighty and are now refusing to service his furnace. Avoid this company! A bunch of snowflakes and grifters that will take your money and treat you bad! What a scam! If the situation changes I will update my review until then avoid this shady business or they will take your money and run and then avoid you!
Tried to charge me $308 Plus the $80 service fee to replace a $20 part on my furnace. It took the service guy less than 5 minutes to find the problem and less than 5 minutes to fix it. I managed to get the price down, but how is $388 dollars a fair price for 10 minutes of work and $20 in parts. No more business from me.
Called simply to ask where I can get a part. I was without heat 40 in my home my infant screaming. I knew my issue and what I needed reached out for a common courtesy was not listened to at all and they tried to set up a diagnostic for 79 bux, I explained twice I don't have allot of cash and was trying to keep my family was! The lady did not give two cents and was rude to me. Obviously money is all these ppl care about so I have my be ware I'll bet there solution is always a new furnace!
