She was able to help me with my running form by giving me attainable feedback and recommendations based on multi angle, slow motion video review. She manually stretched me and provided me with at home stretches/exercises. My pain improved almost immediately. “This is a great practice to go to for your needs. I made an appointment for severely pulled rib muscles that was so painful I couldn't carry on normal activities. Dr Blake had me feeling 50% better my first visit. After several more visits I am as good as new. He knows what he is doing. I like his technique and personality.
