“Dr. Hubbs is amicable. I had a positive experience here on my first visit. He has equipment that I have not found in other chiropractic offices which I found to be beneficial. I appreciated the process and care from start to finish and how it was all explained. Thanks!“

HARTZ Physical Therapy - Lancaster West Physical Therapy

“My most recent PT event was with Dan Herrmann. My initial appointment for an arthritic knee cap showed that my hips were very weak. After about 8 weeks of PT we were both surprised with how much stronger my hips were from my first visit! I was so excited to see how much progress I made in such a short time! Dan is always very helpful and kind and I really appreciate his dedication to his patients. He works hard to find the root problem and fix it.“

“Melissa is a consummate professional. She helped me with my knee surgery 5 years ago and really worked with me to achieve full range of motion. Recently, I started having shoulder pain. After going to PT with a local venue I was continuing to have pain so I decided I needed to find Melissa. She figured out what I needed to work on and totally made me feel confident in using my shoulder again. She knows her craft and can really zero in on what needs to happen. She is absolute the quintessential PT person! I highly recommend her!!!“

“I went to Dr Steven C Rineer (DC) for 50 years until he retired a few years ago. It took me a long time to find Dr. Wade Branstetter (DC, MSACN) but does not adjust my body the same as Rineer, but very close.
I feel a lot better after Dr. Wade Branstetter adjusts my body, I am glad that I found him. He listens to everything I have to say before he does the adjustment. Dr. Wade Branstetter is GREAT at his job.
I do not think I will ever find a replacement for Dr. Wade Branstetter!“

“I got lucky and got in to see a doctor fairly quickly. The visit was actually too quick. Although the staff were polite. It felt like I was being rushed. my concern and the reason I am writing this is that they took a swab and had it sent out, told me to "go online to see results". My problem is that not everyone is capable of doing that. Example there were other patients in there that were Amish/Mennonite whom doesn't use these technologies. And then there are the elderly who do not. I never got a phone call with my diagnosis however the next day I got a email to say I had a bill. Getting the bill before my diagnosis was a little annoying to me. I am tech savvy and was able to see my result however, it said it wasn't read by the doctor yet and not too take it for being the actual result. Not just this place, but all places medical facilities, are becoming less attached to their work. With peoples lives in their hands it's not a comfortable feeling. This issue I am bringing up can be easily fixed with increasing their communications directly to the patient in a timely manner. I hope it gets better for all of us.“
