He showed us images of flooring on the computer, showed us samples under different lighting, and sent us home with A TON of samples because he said he would rather we see it at home than wonder what it would have looked like had we not tried it. So, 12/10 on customer service.Secondly, once we placed the order, we received phone calls every few days regarding the delivery status. We never felt like our order was forgotten or not important.Thirdly, the order came in faster than anticipated.I can't say enough good things about Tim or the Factory Carpet Outlet.“
