My husband and I bought flooring from the Factory Carpet Outlet and had an incredible experience from beginning to end!Firstly, Tim was so helpful and wonderful to work with. He showed us images of flooring on the computer, showed us samples under different lighting, and sent us home with A TON of samples because he said he would rather we see it at home than wonder what it would have looked like had we not tried it. So, 12/10 on customer service.Secondly, once we placed the order, we received phone calls every few days regarding the delivery status. Tim was very knowledgeable, patient and willing to work with us to get a quality carpet. The installation process was exceptional. Jack did meticulous work and was great to work with. I was completely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend this store.

I highly recommend this business. I worked with Tim, one of the owners, and he really knows everything about the different types of flooring. I purchased a hybrid laminate. The installer who did the job was an expert and a meticulous craftsman. I could not be happier with the job. My home has a new, updated look that I love. The floor colors in the living room photo is more accurate than the one in the kitchen. The lighting was poor there.
