Pleasent shopping experience, quality flooring. I've purchased carpet and had it installed and that went really well. I've also purchased a fair amount of LVP that I installed myself and after a couple of years it still looks like new. My goto place for flooring.

My husband and I bought flooring from the Factory Carpet Outlet and had an incredible experience from beginning to end!Firstly, Tim was so helpful and wonderful to work with. He showed us images of flooring on the computer, showed us samples under different lighting, and sent us home with A TON of samples because he said he would rather we see it at home than wonder what it would have looked like had we not tried it. So, 12/10 on customer service.Secondly, once we placed the order, we received phone calls every few days regarding the delivery status.
