Coordinating schedules and communication with Karri was all via text, hopefully a more direct method of calling and better hours vs by appointment only will come as the business grows. All of the wood was kiln dried to order so the 4-6 week lead time is something to keep in mind if you are on a tight timeline. Overall, pleased with the product we purchased and installed.“
