He took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I also have to mention Gabriela, the nurse, who was so personable and easy to talk to. I was an absolute nervous wreck the whole time prior to the procedure, and her great conversation kept me calm and comfortable throughout. The entire staff was courteous and welcoming. As someone who often stands out and doesn't always blend in at a new place, I tend to notice these things — but here, I never felt anything but accepted.
