Ivy was friendly and helpful with scheduling and support, and Corey, Jessie, and Steve were all terrific on-site. Equity updated us along every step of the process: when they were leaving, arriving, and with live photo updates during the appraisal and job itself. We will be happy to pass an Equity recommendation to any friends or relatives looking for roof work.

I stopped by to see if anyone could help with a bird trapped in a downspout and Steven was very kind to come up and take the spouting apart to try to free it. Unfortunately we could not see the bird but he was very willing to help out and I thank him for trying.
