He also went above and beyond to address unexpected problems with our older house that he found instead of just covering them up. The job was completed faster than we thought possible, even with rainy weather. We can't say enough great things about Tom and couldn't be more pleased with our house's new look!

Excellent customer service! We were not customers and needed an emergency delivery (our current provider put us on the regular schedule when we were out). Klose came right out to our house within a couple of hours, filled our tank with heating oil, and even primed our furnace so the house would begin heating right away. They did charge an extra fee for an emergency delivery, but it wasn't much in comparison to what they could have charged us!
