Terry came out to service my furnace that was not lighting. He fixed the issue within minutes! He was very professional, respectful, nice, and approachable. I highly recommend 24/7 Heat & Air to anyone!
Terry was helpful, responsive and professional to work with. He serviced my central air system by inspecting the cooling unit, cleaning the traps, cleaning the heat pump, washing the coils and checking the pressure. While he was here, we upgraded the thermostat to a Honeywell T5. My wife had a concern with dust in our home. Terry took the time to inspect our ductwork and I was happy to show my wife that our system looks great. Happy with his service, recommended!
Extremely professional, Terry helped us when no one else would 4 days before Christmas 2024. Our heating boiler went out with temperature in the 20's, Terry came out diagnosed it, then 2 days later a new energy efficient boiler system was installed. Amazing customer service, excellent workmanship and affordable pricing. I can't say enough about him, Terry truly is 24/7 even holidays.
