Dan, the son of the original owner Ken, is probably the most experienced and talented appliance repairman in Delaware County. He fixed our 7-year-old Kenmore washing machine. He correctly diagnosed the problem, obtained the part and installed it within a couple of days. The machine which was seriously acting up, now works perfectly. He services dishwashers, stoves, washing machines and dryers. If you're reading this review and you have a problem with an appliance, no need to look any further, highly recommended.
Ken made the house call on time, good and quick! It is rare to find someone honest who does not just tell you what you want to hear. We needed a dryer fixed. Ken would not repair it and said why.
