Horrible experience twice now. Horrible customer service. Do not go here. Alan, the owner strings you along doesn’t return phone calls… it he sure cashes your check! It’s disgusting that somebody would take advantage of people in the worst time of their lives. I don’t leave a lot of reviews like this and wouldn’t if I didn’t feel so strongly. My sister is still waiting for a tombstone that was supposed to be installed in March. Phone call after phone call still no answers still waiting for my brother-in-law’s tombstone. We started the process last year. Shame on you, Alan.
I’m here to tell those who need a stone , don’t step foot into this place of nothing but over pricing, false promises and lies! And for those who have already started the process and waiting excessively don’t be afraid to go to small claims court right on Dutton Mill Road in Aston.Grieving families should never go through what this man( Alan Gold) has done to me and I’m betting others.
