We just had the BEST Experience with Wolfgang Appliance Service. After wasting two full days, waiting on service by Sears/A&E that never showed up, we called Wolfgang. I was able to schedule a next day appointment, the tech called ahead, figured out the problem for which we needed parts. He told me they would come quickly and they did a few days later. They called to reschedule for a 10 AM to 2 PM window, the tech called me at 10:20 to say he would be there in 20 minutes, and he was. He fixed both appliances, tested them, explained to me what happened and gave me recommendations to extend the life of my appliances. Super nice guy too! Wolfgang appliance did an outstanding job helping me with my dishwasher! The lady I spoke to was very informative and nice and got a technician out to me right away. The technician was polite, professional and fixed my problem right away. Will definitely be going here in the future for any appliance service needs!
We were in dryer straights when the sounds coming out of our laundry room made our hearts sink. Fortunately, Wolfgang Appliance was quick and responsive, coming out to our house within a day or two of calling, and then getting parts in stock and installed within two days.
