They have a "MASTER COLORIST" on staff and she delivers the most "BEAUTIFUL COLOR" you can imagine. Once you have seen her colors vs the colorist you are use to is jaw dropping. “I am commending the cashier in this rant and showing the distaste to the shoppers. People in line were complaining loudly. For what?! So the cashier could hear you? Did you want her to ignore everyone else and give you some sort of special treatment? You were all adults! What were you trying to accomplish? Not one single person in the world should think that they are better than the stranger standing next to them. To all of those who spewed negative and hurtful things, directing them towards the only employee within audible range, shame on you! Your minor inconvenience of waiting for 10 measly minutes instead of 3 minutes (for makeup!) had only caused the one person who was there to assist YOU feel the need to apologize as if she'd done something wrong. She should be thanked for showing up, doing her job to the best of her ability and recognized for handling the work of 3 people by herself. It's not her fault she was the only cashier. If customers want to throw a tissy because of wait times, maybe they should consider applying for a position instead of just applying makeup.“
