“Every time I go to Ulta, the customer service is great! They're willing to help so you're not walking aimlessly around not knowing where a product is. This store is soooo clean. My favorite beauty associate is a darker woman who also works at Macys. She is so knowledgeable about fragrances! She sold my boyfriend. Chanel. Saleswoman of the year here. I wish I had caught her name. But I recommend this Ulta to anyone trying to get makeup or fragrances.
Avoid the Sephora in Harrisburg. I am a rouge member at Sephora and have already spent over $6000 this year and it's only April. They don't treat customers right and I'm done with Sephora since they don't care about their customers. Ulta will receive my money now, that's for sure!

Edit. Still an amazing place. The manager (a gentleman in dress shoes and a mustache) went and picked my online order despite closing in 10 minutes. I arrived before it was finished and asked and he instructed me they don’t normally do it that late but he would grab my items anyways. He was very kind and I know he was the boss or manager because the other employees had to ask him questions while I was there. He deserves a raise. He always goes above and beyond getting my orders ready and making sure they’re correct. I always have a pleasant transaction with him. He works often.“
