“First time client at Citrus Med Spa and had a VIP Chemical Peel done by the owner Donna. Exceptional experience! Donna thoroughly explained to me exactly what was going to happen in each step, as well as what to expect for the next 10 days. Spa was spotless; she kept me at ease the entire time and sent me home with post-peel products and thorough instructions. She followed up with me to make sure I was reacting properly. To me the peel was not quite as relaxing as a facial as it doesn't take much time, but has had longer lasting results than a facial! It's a month later and my skin is still glowing and the dried areas that I normally have are still not back. I'll definitely go back to this spa for future treatments and highly recommend. Courtney was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process and was able to give me all sorts of tips along the way to help improve my skin. “I never ever write reviews but after my incredible experience today, I had to write one. I stopped in on a whim as I needed to color match for Jane Iredale makeup. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist at the front desk. She introduced herself and after I explained my reason for stopping in, she immediately informed me that would have Michele (owner) come out and assist me right away. After a short while, Michele came out, introduced herself and immediately went to assisting in makeup selections. She took the time to ask me what my specific makeup needs were, answered all my questions and made recommendations. She was extremely thorough throughout the whole process. It’s been years since I received this amount of time and undivided attention when purchasing makeup. You certainly don’t get this level of customer service from the main chain stores. It was a very pleasant experience and I will most definitely be back when in need of another replenishment. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I’m considering scheduling a treatment as well. Thanks Michele for your help and making my shopping experience so delightful!“

Very organized, clean and welcoming I might add! Dawn's honesty on what she thought may or may not work for me — whether due to the cut, the color, or the fact that my long, thick, dry current cut didn't allow for the feel, styling or maintenance-free I was in need of. If not for Dawn I would have probably had 10"less of hair right now and as miserable without my mess as much as I was with the mess! So before going that drastic route, I made the decision to research and drove that hour to see for myself what I had read by many. I wanted change but not a drastic one, I needed some self-esteem back and some ME Time ....but completely feared placing the one thing about "me" I and anyone that knew me to have....my long natural hair, into a strangers hands.... No matter how unhealthy it WAS. That's past tense now because of Dawn and her ability to work magic in my opinion. Of course everyone is unique in their own way, some love this while others may not..... she sees that beauty and envisions the options before making suggestions which I 100% know..... You will find and agree she will not steer you in any direction but beautiful! I'd suggest anyone reading this to do themselves a huge act of self love and trust Mystique's very own miracle worker and killer eye for style but to also restore your faith in truly compassionate, personable, honest, selfless, talented and devoted people only happy if their skill is making others happy!“
“I entered this program with what was diagnosed as extreme sleep apnea. After completing the first 6 months of maintenance, I needed to have another sleep test done. The second test showed I have mild sleep apnea. I lost 20+ pounds on this program. I am going for another 10 to 20 pounds to remove the CPAP machine altogether. This program works.“
