Great place with great product. I love the sugar doh wax. All the perfume options and lipstick selections. Dermatologica is a wonderful product. They have a vast variety of serums and potions. The staff is lovely.

Good afternoon,
I give this ulta 3 stars only because there are some staff in there that is very helpful and nice, but today there was in person who ignored me because of the color I am. That person thought I was oblivious to them not wanting to ring me up next. He ranged someone up in front of me a different color, then I was next he said someone will be right with you. Walked away Went to pick up to help someone again who wasn’t my color. The cashier finally called me up and she’s beautiful a mixed women polite, nice and held conversation as she checked me out. That made me feel a lot better.

Every time I go to Ulta, the customer service is great! They're willing to help so you're not walking aimlessly around not knowing where a product is. This store is soooo clean. My favorite beauty associate is a darker woman who also works at Macys. She is so knowledgeable about fragrances! She sold my boyfriend. Chanel. Saleswoman of the year here. I wish I had caught her name. But I recommend this Ulta to anyone trying to get makeup or fragrances.
Avoid the Sephora in Harrisburg. I am a rouge member at Sephora and have already spent over $6000 this year and it's only April. They don't treat customers right and I'm done with Sephora since they don't care about their… read full review
