This is such an amazing place to go for infusions! Jeanne, Karen, and Julie are amazing! They go above and beyond any expectations every time. They are very caring and compassionate and do whatever it takes to make patients feel comfortable during their treatments. I highly recommend IVX Health! They were able to give the proper dosage when the hospitals couldn't. Amazing staff and the west shore location is spacious and comfortable! Real Lifesavers for sure!
I always have such a wonderful stress-free time when I go to IVX. They really do all they can to keep their patients comfortable. I will go there for as long as I need infusion treatments.
This place is more than just an infusion site. Karen, my nurse, takes an active role in making sure to find out if my medication is being effective and when it wasn't she made suggestions and got my doctors office on the phone to speak with them about taking labs to check my medication level and recommending changing the footage from every 8 to every 6 weeks. Because of her my medication is now effective! I feel confident that not only am I getting a comfortable environment to get my infusion, but also an experienced team of nurses that can help with my care overall.
