Staff gets defensive when you want to know where it is exactly your money is going , and multiple places do the same service for cheaper I just found out with some research. Highly recommend using a different company than Omni

The person I spoke with last year and the year before was incredibly abrasive and lacking in bedside manner. So much so that it triggered my anxiety. Omni is also expensive. I recertified elsewhere and it was only $40. Omni does provide good information and the telemed option is very convenient. They need to work on delivery.

There's so many better options around, don't go to this place. Their staff aren't bright and their doctors discriminate. They'll steal your money and refuse to help you.
