I just wanted give a big thank you to staff!! I went there for the first time after my glasses were broken at work☹️…but everyone there was so helpful about getting my records from Pearle Vision since they are closed. My glasses were repaired in no time…just like new!! Thank you again!!

I brought in my glasses to get repaired and the staff was super helpful and amazing! Customer service was top notch, it seemed like an easy fix that then became a little bit more challenging and they kept working on it, eventually screaming "I GOT IT" once they fixed it. I was very grateful for them.

I can't recommend Vision Source enough! The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming, Kim & Chris are wonderful practitioners & were able to squeeze me in when I lost a contact in my eye. They're also dedicated to making a difference in the community and all in all, a wonderful business we're fortunate to have in Meadville!
