My wife and I woke up Saturday to yellow jackets flying around our bedroom. Needless to say, we started panic calling exterminators. Most commercial companies wouldn't deal with something on a second story, and those that would couldn't get us anyone for days. Court Pest Control, on the other hand, had someone out to us the next day, a SUNDAY MORNING.Doug called us Sunday morning to check in and arrived about 10 minutes later. We discovered yellow jackets swarming around my daughters nursery window on a Friday evening. I called Court Pest Control that night and left a message. Saturday early afternoon I received a call back and the owner, Doug came within a couple of hours of calling and took care of the problem quickly. We ended up having a large nest in her wall that he took care of and within an hour or two there was only the occasional yellow jacket flying by the window.
