Two raccoons decided to make a home in my roof a few months ago. I wanted to find someone to trap & release them in the wild (far away). After talking with two big named companies that acted like this was not an emergency situation (& both were going to euthanize the animals), I found Brad at Steel City Wildlife. Brad was very fast on the response, He was at my house within a day to assess the situation, provide information about how the process works and set traps to resolve it. He came back multiple times to check the traps & stayed in constant contact with me for updates. He went above and beyond in my opinion. After 3.5 weeks (due to very cold temps that kept the raccoons in hibernation mode for over 2 weeks straight) he caught them!! He humanely removed them from my property. I highly recommend contacting Brad to take care of any unwanted visitors. He was very knowledgable & did whatever was necessary to get the job done. His cost was more than fair for the work he did.
