“I don’t often write reviews, but want to give a shout out to Michael H who has cleaned my carpet the last two times. I always liked Roth for routine cleaning over the years, but recently challenging since my little dog had some urine accidents. The previous person gave it a valiant try, but Michael got the stains and odor out last year and I was so excited to he was still there this year.

The other amazing thing is that last year Michael even got out some dried paint from a living room paint job. The carpet is so old that I just let it go figuring I would replace it when I move. He made it look almost new, and certainly not as embarrassing as it was. Plus, he’s a good guy with a good attitude.

“We recently had our living room furniture, rug and drapery cleaned by COIT. We dealt with 3 individuals thru this process (Steve, Archie and Eric). These individuals were extremely professional and highly competent in the work performed. Archie and Eric explained the various cleaning processes and were very knowledgeable as to which would be the most beneficial based on the fabrics being cleaned. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Although the furniture had not been professionally cleaned in many years, they were able to bring it back to life in a way we thought impossible. Steve was exceptionally knowledgeable relative to our living room sheer catastrophe. Unfortunately, our aged sheers could not be repaired. However, Steve made it easy for us to have them replaced at a reasonable cost. Thank you COIT staff. Anxiously awaiting those new sheers….“

“I had an incredible experience with Claude Odom of Rainbow Restoration. On the coldest night this past winter, my house pipes froze and flooded two floors of our house. Water poured into our kitchen and living area and waterfalls from the upper level below destroyed the lower floor. I called three restoration companies and all but Rainbow Restoration said they might be able to get to my house later that day or maybe the next day. Claude Odom called me right back and his crew was at my house within an hour. Their equipment was in our house for ten days dealing with the water and water damage. Every step of the way he communicated with me and I gave him complete access to my house while my husband and I stayed in a hotel. I sensed he was trustworthy. He was.
