“Scott is amazing!! Our area rug, sofa, love seat, and ottoman all look brand new again. He is also very much a perfectionist in his work and will try to ensure every single possible stain has been removed. He was even concerned about what he thought might be a spot but turned out to be part of my ottoman (hard to explain, but that’s how good and attentive he is). He wanted everything to be 100% to my satisfaction, and it is!Scott showed up early (which worked out perfectly because I ended up having a work call at the exact time he was to arrive, and because it gave us time to figure out parking for him). He is super friendly and very understanding.Scott has earned a new customer for life!!Note - our area rug looks grayer when brushed in one direction but it is not dirty! That’s just how the rug is. They are 100% WHITE now!!Edited to add that I work from home and, as mentioned above, I actually had a work call (conference call) while Scott was here working away. I HARDLY heard his cleaning machine at all. I wanted to mention this because I saw the reviewer that claimed the machine was loud. First, any carpet/upholstery cleaning machine is going to make noise. Duh. Second, the one Scott uses couldn’t be heard by me or my coworkers while I was on a Google Meet call - using my computer audio and mic (meaning I was on speaker, essentially). So don’t let that review fool you. It definitely isn’t true!“
