“I contacted Jim on a Friday and he came the following Wednesday to stretch the carpeting in two downstairs rooms. One room is 14x16’ and the other is about 16x18’ with an angled wall that extends the size to 16x21’ on one end. That room is bit more challenging because of a support beam in the center, which is framed in drywall and baseboard, and the carpet had ripples on all sides of the beam. Jim arrived promptly and immediately got to work. He was very nice and personable throughout and explained what he was doing as he proceeded. He clearly has a lot of experience and knew exactly how to address the problem of the support beam. He completed the job in 3 hours and it looks better than new. I am extremely pleased with Jim’s work and would definitely hire him again.“

“Happy to report we decided to work with Russmore floors on three projects recently. Dave was very optimistic as we looked for solutions for a very sketchy 1918 basement floor. Many times a sales person sells you the product and leaves the install team to “figure it out”. Not here - Dave showed up everyday to make everyone was on the same page. Each project required extra effort and persistance as well as a skilled and professional install team. They took their time to prep the floor and did a wonderful job with installation of plank floor, carpet and glue down floor.
