All employees were extreemly helpful to select and install carpeting for my elderly mother's home. Everyone was patient when working with her. And Jose and Paul did an excellent job with installation and all requirements for her accomodation.
My experience with Rusmur was amazing! Moving into a new home we needed to replace all the carpeting before the move. Alicja not only helped me with carpet selection but suggested we visit their Warehouse Sale where we saved quite a bit on all the carpets. The scheduling office worked to get the carpet in before the movers brought furniture and the installers did a superb job on all the installation! Can’t say enough good things about Rusmur and their employees!!
