Bought a refurbished desktop computer last year for my business. They were extremely helpful and the computer is everything I expected and needed. Customer service long after the sale has been exceptional. I’ve purchased various other items from them and been happy with the results. My questions are always answered knowledgeably and promptly even when it’s obviously not going to result in a sale (as per our conversation about a cell phone issue last week that I had to go elsewhere for).I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of computer services and repair.

I went in with a problem with my I Phone. They were able to fix the problem right away while I waited. They were very pleasant and VERY helpful. I would go back any time I have a computer or cell phone problem.

I have used Tri-State Computer Center for all of my computer problems, and Jerry has been able to get me back up and running promptly. He takes the time to explain everything that I don't understand. Thank you Jerry!!!
