Don came out informed me I didn’t have a blocked French drain pipe , he told me how to fix it ,I explained I’m a disabled vet and I had 6 screws and rods holding my shoulder together and couldn’t swing a sledge hammer and break the cement floor where the problem was , he told me it cost more then the standard fee, that he quoted me and was charging me for coming out, I didn’t have more then the standard fee and he broke the cement floor for me, only took a few minutes but he didn’t have too and he dint have to for the same price but he did ! Recently we experienced major sewage issues at the Greene County Historical Society Museum in Waynesburg Pennsylvania.
We called Don Shrivers Video Drain to come in and diagnose the issue, his crew arrived promptly at the perscribed time the next morning, scoped the drains and we figured out the issue.
We called Don in to do a CIPP Lining in our century old cast iron pipes, and the work was done promptly, professionally, thoroughly and quickly. Don and his crew have an excellent work ethic, they work cleanly, and leave everything as they found it, if not better, and they are just an all around excellent group of people to work with.

Great job by Don Shriver's crew! We have a stubborn clog that draino and snaking couldn't resolve. Our plumber referred us to Don Shrivers, who came the very next day. They found the clog and no more gurgling!!!! Thank you Chuck & partner (sorry i cant remember your name)! Very nice people, excellent work preformance, and great price...worth every penny!
