After reading the other reviews I think there should be more than one Yelp listing for this establishment, as it seems that the reviews are for the family doctor's office. However also housed in this building under the same name is a physical therapy office as well as a lab. My review is for the physical therapy office, which I've been to several times now. When I was first contacted by them after my family doctor made my referral there was a misunderstanding concerning my insurance coverage.
