Kammie (receptionist) was great and Lynne Journey (therapist) was absolutely wonderful! Patient, kind and super knowledgeable. If any further treatment needs arise, I will definitely be utilizing this company and specific location.
I am acknowledged immediately when i arrive. They/PTs double check i am doing things correctly. They are friendly. They make you feel comfortable. They explain why and what they are doing to me. They explain how i am progressing.
Very impressed with their attention to detail and communication. Even more impressed with how engaged and caring the Physical Therapist (Michael) who tended to my mother was. My mom speaks very little English yet Michael was very patient, engaging and caring. So much so that, after he left, my mother kept asking when he was coming back! Good job, guys!
