Excellent Customer Service, Qualified technicians and extremely fast service. My furnace blower quit working in the middle of these freezing temperatures and they had me a new one faster than I could blink. Totally amazed by the efficiency and quickness to meet my needs. Had our new furnace, a/c and tankless hot water heater installed by Kling's. We also have their service plan. All of the techs that have worked at our house have been punctual and professional. We are very happy with the service we get and will continue to use this great local company!
EDIT: We paid less for the install of the furnace, a/c and tankless water heater than other people I know have paid for just the a/c install...

We had a 20+ year old unit using the old coolant and it was low and leaking, so we had Klings put a new system in for us. Installation was quick, the price was right, and the techs were awesome. However, 3 days later, it started blowing warm air intermittently. I called a tech out on a Sunday and he came out, but when he got there, it had already started blowing cold again, and he couldn't diagnose anything. It did it again on Monday, and that's when they sent Josh out. Josh checked EVERYTHING but couldn't figure out what was wrong, he instructed me to call him when the issue was happening so he could see it in action.
