A couple months later I asked him to put a window in where there wasn’t one before and it took him all of 3 hours. And I recently asked him to do another window and I am extremely pleased with his work! Great work and extremely friendly! Every job I ask he gets scheduled and finished in a very timely manner.“

“FIVE STARS ISN'T ENOUGH, I'd give 10 if it was available! On May 8th 2025 I experienced a devastating fire in my back patio room that was started by a lithium battery that was being charged!! Trinity Restoration Services was on site before the Fire Trucks packed up their hoses and left! The entire restorative process took nine months for completion, AT NO FAULT OF TRINITY, ALL DELAYS WERE DUE TO INSURANCE BEAURECRATIC HURDLES IMPOSED ON ME & TRINITY DURING THE PROCESS! However, Trinity handled every issue with grace & professionalism, that would have had a PRIEST CUSSING! Anyway the entire process was a commendable evolution, the work crew, several over the duration were absolutely wonderful, in work quality, and in personality! And my satisfaction with their handling of my Restoration was in my opinion DIAMOND QUALITY, beyond any Silver, Gold,or Platinum definition!!! To put a percentage value to my restoration result I would say 150% percent better than origional condition!! My drab room is now a showplace of pride & QUALITY!!!“

“Monroy contractors recently completed a job at my house that included getting rid of popcorn ceiling, patching ceiling and installing 4 ceiling lights and a fan. The job was very messy but every day they cleaned up very good and were always on time. They even repaired our ceiling fan that was not working. I would recommend them to anyone and I will call them for my next project.“

“Drove through 2 of thier sites in Dover OH today, it was the best looking lane closers I have ever seen in Ohio on top of that they staffed people to maintain the site. They should take pictures because that should be the standard state wide!
