In the past three months of working with them, I have not only lost 15 pounds (and gained strength that I didn’t think was possible for myself), I also have had many no scale victories, including:-my wedding ring fitting again!-starting the day off with protein and plenty of nutrients feels great-making time for just me and setting goals for myself-self-discipline in the challenge extended to other areas like cleaning, etc-self-reflection: a lot of times when I would be tempted to grab some chocolate or something, I would realize that I was feeling emotional in some way. I didn’t even know I was using eating for my emotions and now I can focus on how I’m feeling and figure out more impactful ways to deal with emotions-feeling more like myself postpartum- more energy to play with my three year old and my nieces-making concrete steps to lower my cholesterol-feeling all around more capable and comfortable with who I amCole, Kyle, and Heidi have been the biggest cheerleaders and are so wonderful to work with. Everyone is hilarious and challenges you without feeling like you’re working with a drill sergeant. The trainers are there to support you in your meal plans, your cardio, and of course your workouts themselves, but ultimately it is up to you what you get out of it and how much effort you put in. They will only push you so far, it’s a matter of how far you are willing to push yourself. For the best tools to push beyond what you thought were your limits, I would recommend Compel to anyone.“
