The business is woman-owned and woman-operated, and patients feel comfortable there. Therapists genuinely care for issues, help discover other problems, and provide tools for self-help in flare-ups. I was struggling with jaw pain for months when my dentist recommended Made New for physical therapy. I wasn’t expecting to get much out of it because I didn’t have great PT experiences in the past and PT for jaw pain seemed odd, but WOW was I wrong! Alisha, Julia, and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing to work with. They were quick to identify the cause and work on a treatment plan, after a week the pain was minimal and after several weeks of treatment I was good as new, equipped with tools to use if flare ups happened again. Before Made New I despised physical therapy. It was always me and 5 patients per therapist. Made New was a personal 1 on 1 experience that made me feel like they cared about my health.
From the first appointment I was made to feel important. Each week I was asked about an update and a special plan was made based on how my pain level was.

Throughout my experience I became engaged and the ladies were as excited for my family and asked constantly about my personal life in a way that made me excited for each appointment.
