We lost our AC at the beginning of a very hot heatwave. We contacted Josh and he came over and checked out our old worn out system and gave us the diagnosis we knew was coming. He and Andy got to work on installing a new system. They are very professional and kept us informed of what to expect each day. We are into the second day of our new system and the second day of another heatwave and we are sitting comfortably in our cool house. I would definitely recommend Lanco for any of your HVAC needs!
I am a little delayed in posting my review, but Lanco H&AC is hands down the best local company for HVAC repair. It was a Friday afternoon during the extended cold spell we had this winter when the temp outside was in the teens and I noticed the thermostat was reading 60 degrees when I got home around 4:30pm. I did my normal troubleshooting and couldn't get the unit to kick on. I called Lanco around 5pm and left a message, honestly not expecting to get a call back until Monday. They came out the same day we called which was so appreciated. Thoroughly looked over out heat pump to figure out the problem explained in a way even I understood and fixed it all for a reasonable price. Extremely kind too!!!
