It was a complicated install because of the previous owner's DIY ceiling fan job combined with our house being over 100 years and made of stone but Tom set everything to rights and the results speak for themselves (see photo.) Primary Choice has also upgraded our electric service from 100 to 200 amps (the township electric inspector commented on what a great job they did), installed GFI outlets, whole house surge protection and through it all been professional, on time and reasonably priced. “David and his team did an excellent job. When we he came for the estimate he asked what our needs were and did Not try to upsell us on the generator size or any extra un-needed equipment. It was refreshing to have an honest installer come out and not a salesman. After installing he went over the operations on the generator telling us what to keep an eye out for and what not to worry about. The whole job went smooth and everything is nice and neatly done, it has the “looks like it belongs there” look for every aspect of the job from generator placement to how the wiring was ran including the placement of the transfer switch.Cudos to David and the guys THANKS TO YOU ALL FOR AN AWESOME JOB!“

They gave me an estimated completion time and began right away. They worked diligently throughout the day and entertained my numerous questions.On a scale of 1-10, I give them an 11. These guys were outstanding. I would personally hire these guys for my organization. They are all professional, fun, honest, and take their job seriously while still engaging.They covered my floors, walls, and stairs. There was no dust, and no touch-up paint was needed. They finished ahead of time and provided me a thorough review of the lights and how to make them "SMART."I would definitely rehire them. “They were very nice on the phone. They said they charge $89.99 to diagnose the problem. Why I asked! Dropped to $59.99. In the mean time I figured out the problem, fixed it and left a message I did not need service. The next day , a service guy called and said he would be out in an hour. Told him was cancelled as I fixed myself. The reason I called Lapp Electric, they were a contractor doing work for my employer at the time. They were neat, completed work required on time and employer was satisfied. I would call in the future should I need electrical work.“
