“They were very nice on the phone. They said they charge $89.99 to diagnose the problem. Why I asked! Dropped to $59.99. In the mean time I figured out the problem, fixed it and left a message I did not need service. The next day , a service guy called and said he would be out in an hour. Told him was cancelled as I fixed myself. The reason I called Lapp Electric, they were a contractor doing work for my employer at the time. They were neat, completed work required on time and employer was satisfied. I would call in the future should I need electrical work.“

The electrician who came by and diagnosed the issue to find a relatively simple fix which he handled within 2 hours for a fraction of the price.
