David and Dan are a class act. The install of my generator since it was a retro-fit was challenging and they used their expertise to perfection to work out the quirks. I first had an estimate done through Costco for a generator and did not like the vibe from the contractor they sent. I was referred to Dave by a friend and could not be happier with the price, service and installation. He answered all of my questions and offered multiple solutions without ever trying to upsell me. He made me feel like a neighbor instead of a number and that went a long way with me. I then had him replace my fuse panel with an upgraded unit and a whole house surge protector since I had lost a few appliances from all the power outtages.
