Patrick went above and beyond with the service provided. I called for a quote to fix some 3” drain pipe in my home and someone came over in a timely fashion. I was given a fair quote for the amount of work needed and decided to move forward. It was not an emergency and they were very busy and they still got the work done in a timely fashion. Recommend them highly. I had a plumber who said I was going to need to replace my water heater last Spring. Because of the pandemic, it didn't happen. Our water was slowly getting cooler and cooler. I tried calling my original plumber, but he never called me back.Not having a plan B in place, I tried Home Advisor. Within 2 hours I got a response from Curtis Keiser. I explained my dilemma to him. He asked me how many bathrooms we had and if we had a hot tub. I told him, and he said he'd have his men at my house the next morning.
