I had a dog jump up next to me in the examination room. Doctor did not do anything. It smells like a pet store. Horrible bed side manner. When refusing a cortisone shot (there are better options), I was told; "figured you say that, you are a guy." Glad my company doesn't use this place anymore.

Sylvia shouldn't be qualified to handle pre-employment drug screenings. She expects people to be finished peeing within ten seconds and will throw away your sample if you aren't quick enough or if she thinks the sample is not enough fluid. She made me retest, but accepted a smaller sample and didn't rush me as she was already ready to leave the building on a personal call. Her unprofessionalism could have cost me a career that I fought to get for five years. Thankfully, my legal team and union had my back. Worst experience ever with a drug screening -- coming from a Navy veteran who had to deal with "meat gazers" for four years.

Ignore the bad reviews. Dr Bonner and his staff are great. Sometimes people expect the world from a DR, and expect them to be at their finger tips.... They're busy people, waiting is apart of the practice, and part of being a patient. And as far as what the place looks like, thats just petty.... Its a DR office, not a 5 star resort.
